1. About FairPlay Academy

FairPlay Academy is a purely educational platform that teaches the principles, rules, and real-world application of fair play across Sports, Esports, Corporate Ethics, and Education. We provide online courses, guides, quizzes, and educational resources.

FairPlay Academy has no affiliation with any betting, gambling, or wagering service or platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Free and Paid Services

FairPlay Academy offers both free and paid content:

  • Free Plan (₹0): Access to introductory course lessons, blog articles, guides, and basic quizzes.
  • Premium Plan (₹149/month): Full access to all courses, quizzes, guides, and certificates of completion.
  • Institutional Plan (₹4,999/year): Bulk licenses for schools, colleges, and organizations with admin tools.

4. Payment and Billing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on FairPlay Academy, including courses, videos, articles, guides, quizzes, and graphics, is the intellectual property of Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Upload harmful content or malware
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon successfully completing a course and passing the assessment. Certificates are for educational purposes and represent completion of our course material.

8. Limitation of Liability

FairPlay Academy provides educational content on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
