Refund Policy — FairPlay Academy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions on FairPlay Academy, operated by Imaginitiate Ventures Private Limited.

1. Premium Plan Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Premium subscription (₹149/month), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 7 days will not be processed.

2. Institutional Plan Refunds

Institutional plan refunds (₹4,999/year) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

3. Free Plan

The Free plan has no cost and therefore no refund applies.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@fairplayacademyclass.com with the following information:

Your registered email address
Date of purchase
Reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing period after the 7-day refund window.
